Making cable winding machines for Gamesa, a global technology leader in the market of design, manufacture, installation and maintenance of wind turbines. For the placement and installation of the cable in their new generation towers G10X-4, 5 MW

Using a special winding measurer with a large width, high accuracy measurement and a racks with a capacity of over 40 coils, we designed a machine with the ability to manage and measure two wire bundles together. The entire deck may be up to 48 cables, or two wire bundles 24 each.
The software, SoftWinding controls the cable group project, guiding the operator in creating, measuring, cutting and labeling the full pack. It also controls the stock of the shelving and allows optimization of such as priorities or customer needs.
