History - 1920
The company TEUSCHER METER is founded in Leipzig, Germany, specializing in cable measuring and winding. - 1960
The German automotive group BRACHT acquires TEUSCHER METER and renames it TEMETER to diversify its product range. - 1970
On July 7th, TEMETER decides to move machine manufacturing to Spain to reduce assembly costs and establishes TEMETER IBERICA in Badalona, Spain, now known as LOIMEX. - 1975
Due to the oil crisis, the BRACHT group sells TEMETER to the company SELVE, becoming SELVE-TEMETER. TEMETER IBERICA becomes independent and continues producing machines for the German market. - 1980
TEMETER IBERICA creates a division for electrician tools focused solely on the Spanish market. - 1985
The company moves to Premia de Dalt, Barcelona, and changes its name to LOIMEX, S.A. - 1990
Production expands to a second facility in Vilassar de Dalt, Barcelona. - 1999
We obtain the ISO 9001 quality certificate. - 2003
SELVE-TEMETER in Germany is sold to VETTER-KABEL in Lottstetten, Germany. - 2006
