This combined reeling-coiling machine allows one single operator to measure, rewind and cut cable from the reel racks warehoor from a reel-carrying jacks to an empty reel, and also to make coils with an additional coiling device.

Each machine is built according to the European Norm of Security for Machinery and is marked with the CE label

Range of application

• Electrical cables, unsheathed or sheathed, ropes, etc. from 1 to 100 mm Ø.
• Steel wire ropes Ø 1 to 55 mm.
• Reels from 700 to 2000 mm Ø.
• Maximum weight 3000 / 4000 Kg

Placement for take-up

The wooden reel or drum is situated inside the machine, between the two axles with cones which will support it. One of the axles is operated manually and is blocked by a ratchet lever which is easy to and very fast. The other axle is hydraulically actuated by a pad located in the cage protection of the machine, perfectly situated to be able to move the reel while the shaft moves
