This device is formed by a set of fixed pulleys located at the top and other mobiles in the lower part, guided between two columns, allowing the accumulation of up to 20m cable or other materials.
 
It's designed for two purposes: on one hand ensures that the winding does not occur to the winder pulls ( or , if applicable , of the extruder ) machine , and it maintains a constant tension at all times controlled by the weights of the lower pulleys . When using in a extrusion machine, then it can accumulate up to 20m of cable during the process of changing the winding spools, by not having to stop the extrusion.
 
The cable accumulator device has a position to detect system of the lower pulleys to adjust the winding speed (or winding if used with extruder ) machine winder ( winder or if used with extruder )
